Formplus Design and build focus on providing as much value to our clients where possible. Unlike the traditional approach of a 6-8wk tender period where builders race to the bottom. We urge all new and existing clients to adopt the Early Contractor Involvement Strategy which will allow the project team to extract the true value from the ECI procurement model.
With early collaboration between Formplus and our clients, we can foster and open and constructive approach to take the current DA documentation of the development through detailed design, and to completion of building works. Together we will evolve the scope of work in line with the clients drivers and design intent whilst managing budget expectations, allowing the project to become progressively and more realistically defined.
